I followed the Sonic Pad instructions and installed the firmware update onto my SD card.3.) When I installed the firmware onto the printer, the LCD screen on the printer had some dots on it.

Putprusaslicer on a laptop and plug the laptop into your printer using the included USB-B cable. This is just the easiest software to use for updating your firmware. Ivedone numerous prints already. Probably an issue with the card. Try reformatting it in your PC. I've had it happen once or twice before, don't know why it happens but you have to format the card and reupload the files back onto it from your computer. the included cards are rather cheap and low end.
