Ifyou have the Ender 3 or the Ender 3 Pro, this mainboard will simply be plug and play for you. It comes with TMC2225 silent drivers and a bootloader has been preinstalled on it as well. This makes updating the firmware easy and effortless, as mentioned earlier that you can simply use an SD card to update the firmware directly

Putprusaslicer on a laptop and plug the laptop into your printer using the included USB-B cable. This is just the easiest software to use for updating your firmware. In the top menus (preferences or config?) there's an option that says "Update Printer Firmware." You then select the firmware to update with.
Ivedone numerous prints already. Probably an issue with the card. Try reformatting it in your PC. I've had it happen once or twice before, don't know why it happens but you have to format the card and reupload the files back onto it from your computer. the included cards are rather cheap and low end.
